Once Starfront sends your login details and the system is ready for use, your separate $99 MONTHLY RENTAL SUBSCRIPTION will begin. The first $99 charge will occur after you receive your login details and instructions.

Basic technical support: A variety of simple, non-time consuming tasks are offered gratis.
Generally includes the addition and removal of lens caps for calibration frames, the reseating of USB cables, power cycling requests, sanity checks, etc.

Advanced technical support: More complex tech support tasks are billed at $50/hr.
Includes, but is not limited to, collimation, tip tilt, additional polar alignments, setup changes, filter changes, camera rotation, remote tech support, etc.
