The Seestar Bar is perfect for a customer who wants to unlock the full potential of owning a Seestar S30 or S50. A one-time reservation deposit (which serves as your install fee) of $99 is required, with a monthly subscription charge of $99 after the system is installed and operational.

Ideal for anyone looking for a cost-effective solution to begin their astrophotography journey or Seestar owners looking to maximize their equipment's potential under Bortle 1 skies!

Basic technical support: A variety of simple, non-time consuming tasks are offered gratis.
Generally includes the addition and removal of lens caps for calibration frames, the reseating of USB cables, power cycling requests, sanity checks, etc.

Advanced technical support: More complex tech support tasks are billed at $50/hr.
Includes, but is not limited to, collimation, tip tilt, additional polar alignments, setup changes, filter changes, camera rotation, remote tech support, etc.

The Mini Pier is perfect for smaller setups, offering a compact yet stable platform for your telescope. A one-time reservation deposit of $149 is required, with a monthly charge of $149 thereafter. Ideal for amateur astronomers looking for a cost-effective solution with basic technical support included. The only flat panel allowed on a Mini pier is an OFP2 from DeepSkyDad. NOTE: iOptron CEM mounts, and EQ5/EQ6 mounts do not fit on mini piers.

Piggyback telescope fee: Piggyback and side-by-side systems are only offered for Lite pier sizes and above (e.g., Standard; Heavy).
